1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Arena53 website, purchasing tickets, or visiting our venue located at Sy #53, Honnenahalli, Yelahanka Hobli, Doddaballapur Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560119, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or visit our venue.

Arena53 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Go-karting participants must meet the following requirements:

• Single-seat riders must be at least 11 years of age and have a minimum height of 4.8 feet (approximately 147 cm) to drive a kart independently.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent before participating in go-karting or any other activity at Arena53.
• All participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 4.8 feet for single-seat karts. Staff on-site will verify eligibility before participation.
• Arena53 reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria or appears unfit to participate safely.

Other activities such as Air Hockey, Pool Table, Arcade Games, VR Games, and the Cafe are open to all ages unless otherwise specified.

3. Safety Rules

Safety is our highest priority at Arena53. All visitors and participants must adhere to the following rules:

• All participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing before go-karting.
• Helmets and all provided safety gear must be worn at all times while on the track.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by Arena53 staff and marshals at all times.
• No consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances is permitted before or during go-karting or any other activity.
• Reckless driving, deliberate bumping, or dangerous behaviour on the track will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.
• Loose clothing, scarves, open-toed footwear, and dangling jewellery must be removed or secured before racing.
• Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity are advised not to participate in go-karting.

4. Assumption of Risk

Go-karting and certain other activities at Arena53 involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating in any activity at Arena53, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.

All participants (or their parent/guardian, in the case of minors) are required to sign a waiver and indemnity form before participating in go-karting. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved and releases Arena53, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries sustained during participation.

Arena53 operates Honda 200cc karts that are powerful racing machines. Participants must treat the equipment with respect and operate karts responsibly at all times.

5. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Go-karting sessions are priced at ₹499 per session. Prices for other activities and packages are as displayed on-site or on our website.
• Arena53 accepts payments via cash, UPI, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Group bookings and corporate event bookings may require advance payment or a deposit. Please contact us at sales@arena53.com or call 70225 65353 for group enquiries.
• Arena53 reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Arena53 does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any tickets, bookings, or purchases made either online or at the venue.

In the event that a session is cancelled by Arena53 due to weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled session or store credit at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

No-shows or late arrivals that result in a missed session are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

7. Code of Conduct

All visitors to Arena53 are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The following rules apply:

• Abusive, threatening, or disorderly behaviour towards staff, other visitors, or property will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• Visitors are liable for any damage caused to Arena53 property, equipment, or karts through negligence or intentional misconduct. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible individual.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Our Cafe offers a range of refreshments and snacks.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises, except for certified service animals.

8. Photography & Media

Arena53 may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images of visitors and participants during their time at the venue. By entering Arena53, you consent to the use of such images for marketing, promotional, social media, and advertising purposes without additional compensation or prior notification.

Personal photography and video recording for non-commercial use is permitted in designated areas. However, the use of drones, professional filming equipment, or any recording for commercial purposes requires prior written approval from Arena53 management.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arena53 website and within the venue, including but not limited to logos, brand names, images, graphics, text, videos, layouts, and designs, is the exclusive property of Arena53 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Arena53 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Arena53.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arena53, its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use our services, website, or venue.
• Any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in activities at Arena53, to the extent permitted by law.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Any interruption, delay, or cancellation of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Arena53's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
