All payments made for activities at Arena53 — including go-karting, arcade games, air hockey, pool, VR experiences, and café orders — are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to walk-in purchases, online bookings, and on-site transactions.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before making a purchase. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
All event bookings — including corporate outings, team-building events, and birthday party packages — are non-refundable. Advance payments and deposits collected for event reservations are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arena53 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer credit or rescheduling in the following circumstances:
Any credit or rescheduling offered under these exceptions is determined solely by Arena53 management and is not guaranteed.
Customers are liable for any intentional damage caused to Arena53 equipment, facilities, or property. Arena53 reserves the right to charge the customer for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
